Set against the stunning backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains, the Parade of Homes is more than a showcase of beautiful builds. It’s a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and the timeless charm of mountain living.
Event Dates, Tickets & Itinerary
The 2025 Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes will take place over three days, October 17–19, 2025, from 10 AM–5 PM daily. Guests are welcome to attend on any or all days of the Parade and enjoy touring 12 stunning homes set against the breathtaking North Georgia Mountains.
- $25.00 Early Bird Tickets (available through October 7, 2025)
- $35.00 Standard Tickets (beginning October 8, 2025)
- Children under 18: FREE with the purchase of an adult ticket
Your all-access pass includes: general admission for one individual (18+) and is valid for all three days of the Parade of Homes. Best of all, proceeds benefit the Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation, directly supporting local students in the North Georgia area.

Many of our participating builders grew up right here in North Georgia, where local schools and teachers inspired their love for design and craftsmanship. Today, they use those same foundational skills to create award-winning homes that draw visitors from across the country.

The Scholorship Foundation
At the heart of the Blue Ridge Parade of Homes is a mission to give back. Through the non-profit Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation, proceeds from the event are invested directly into local education. Since 2019, more than $620,000 in scholarships have been awarded to North Georgia students pursuing careers in residential construction and skilled trades.
Each year, the Foundation hosts a Scholarship Awards Banquet, honoring students and celebrating the community’s investment in their future. Builders, sponsors, and community leaders come together to ensure that today’s students have the support they need to become tomorrow’s craftsmen and women.
